I have watched so many Q&A’s on YouTube, so I came up with an idea: Q&A: BLOG STYLE!!!!!! (Sorry, I tried to put “Q&A” for the title but WordPress wouldn’t let me for some odd reason, love that)
I asked my followers that follow my “spam” account (if you don’t know what a spam account is, it’s pretty much just an extra, less followed account aside from your main account where most people post stuff that they normally wouldn’t on their “main” accounts.) on Instagram to ask me any questions they would like me to answer on this Q&A, and there were so many, but these down below were the ones that seemed the most meaningful, haha. Here we go:
1. “What is your response to rude comments people say to or about you?”
This is definitely a hard question for me to answer, simply because sometimes my responses are different depending on the person. I wish this wasn’t the case, but it is. Like I’ve said before, sometimes I will just blow off all of the hate that goes around, but sometimes I really let it affect me. I don’t know why this is the case exactly, but unfortunately it is. But, my advice to anyone with this problem would be this: think before you speak out on it. Sometimes confronting the source of everything we hear isn’t the right choice. If you hear someone say “oh, so-and-so said this about you,” my advice is to just blow it off and not respond. Most of the time the people who tell you stuff that others say about you are trouble anyways. Almost every encountering I’ve ever had with people like that has ended in trouble. Just learn to stay away, and also let your friends know that you don’t want to hear what is said. It is just irrelevant, jealous people, so why should you want to listen and feed into it? Don’t get caught up in it, because that will make you just as low as the people who said it.
2. “If you had one song to explain you, what would it be?”
Creds to who asked me this question (they know who they are) for making this so very difficult. I’m pretty sure this is like the hardest question out of all of them, haha. It seriously took me 30 minutes to find one, but here it is:
”This Is Me” (from the Greatest Showman) by Kerala Settle
The reason I came down to this song is because I honestly feel like this song is ME ALL OVER!! This song (to me) is a great reminder to always do you no matter the circumstances. Don’t let others opinions affect your desires and dreams. I also love this song in general because it’s one of those feel-good songs, if you know what I mean.
“When the sharpest words want to cut me down
I’m gonna send a flood, gonna drown them out.
I am brave, I am bruised
I am who I’m meant to be, this is me.
Look out cause here I come,
And I’m marching on to the beat I drum.
I’m not scared to be seen,
I make no apologies, this is me!”
This song couldn’t of put it better… NEVER BE AFRAID TO BE YOU!!

3. “Can you show us some your pictures you have taken?”
Even though this isn’t really a question, I get asked quiet frequently to share some of my pics.. so here they are:
- The view from the Omni hotel, Dallas, Texas
- Bricktown, Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- The Oklahoma Aquarium, Tulsa, Oklahoma
- The cutest little downtown shop in Eureka Springs, Arkansas
- Downtown Dallas, Texas
- Driving through Aspen, Colorado
- Just felt the need to add this, because who doesn’t love bubbles??
- Duncan, Oklahoma (the most beautiful backyard ever!!)
- Eureka Springs, Arkansas
- Duncan Country Club, Duncan, Oklahoma
- Small town of Marlow, America (Oklahoma, actually haha)
- Newport, Oregon
Disclaimer: I am NO pro, nor am I serious about photography. These are just a few fun pictures I’ve taken throughout the years, so don’t take them seriously, lol. Also, I’m sorry if some of the pictures don’t load, I just previewed this and some of them wouldn’t load, yikes://
4. “What made you want to start your blog and what advice do you have for anyone who wants to start one?”
So, first off.. My mom actually encouraged me to start this. We were in a hotel room for family Christmas and we were both getting ready and she said “What if you started like a YouTube or a blog for girls your age” and it really kind of stuck to me. I thought about it all day, then I came back that night and created a WordPress account. Before my mom gave that suggestion I had never really thought about it, but I made a rushed decision to do it anyways. I really love it now (it wasn’t really my thing at first) that I’ve taken the time to read other peoples blogs, get suggestions, and get ideas for how I want it to appeal to others, if that makes sense.
My advice to anyone wanting to start a blog: Go for it!! At first I had a lot of people who put in their negative opinions, but at the end of the day you realize that their opinions don’t really matter. If you want to do something or try something new, go for it! Don’t let others opinions affect you. Here’s the thing, you are always going to have people like that, who try and affect you, but you just have to learn how to block out the negative, and focus on the positive.
I was going to answer one more question, but I think this post has been long enough already, lolll. I might do another one of these sometime down the road, so if you liked this Q&A comment or like it or just let me know so that I will know your thoughts on it! Also, I’m super sorry if you asked a question and I didn’t answer it, I will try and answer all of them next time!
